If you are just going through the motions at work and you hope your car knows the way home when you get off, then you need to seek the Lord for help.God’s holy word tells us, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest”. Matthew 11:28 KJV.
We sometimes fall into a rut and before we realize it, the hole we are walking in has gotten so deep we can not see out. Pray to God to reach down and pull you out and to save you from yourself. We are here to be happy in glorify Him, and to share the good news of our risen and coming savior.
Plow straight forward through the current storm you are in. Your reward lays in front of you ready to be claimed. Keep your eyes and heart on the Lord.
“Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven:” Matthew 5:12 KJV.
Heaven may be just around the bend for you or maybe down the road many miles, but rest assured there are better days coming for all believers. Be comforted knowing that we are just visitors here and while Jesus is off preparing a place for us to be united with Him, He is busy preparing us for that place.
‘Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.’ 1 Peter 5:7 KJV.
